This Saturday night, the team of Bubba the Bulldog and Dennis Gregory (lead as always by Mayor Mystery) hope to dispatch of the Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA) number one contenders once and for all.
The team of Kris Kash and Shane Starr were beaten by "Team Don't Care" on May 12 at MJ's Saloon, however, the KSWA Championship Committee says that the duo gets one more opportunity. That comes at the Children's Miracle Network fundraiser this Saturday night in New Kensington. The event which will see a return of the KSWA to the Kinloch Volunteer Fire Department, takes place with a 6:00 p.m. bell time.
The veteran team of Bubba and Gregory has had success just about everywhere they've gone, but this time in the royalty of tag team wrestling means more to the Megastars. Tell that to their veteran competitors--the Lost Boyz. Former tag team championship themselves, Kash and Starr are eager to return to the top of the KSWA tag team echelon.
What Mayor Mystery and his team have up their collective sleeves is anyone's guess.
Kash and Starr are multiple-time champions on both the singles and tag team scene. They have battled together, as well as in different camps over the years. This event is no different.
The rest of this Saturday's action is still undetermined. A Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Melee will start the night, and the winner of receive an opportunity at Mitch Napier and the KSWA Heavyweight Championship. That loaded field consists of Shawn Blanchard, Lou Martin, Tommy Faime, BROhemoth, "Flyin'" Ryan Burke, Lucio Deveer, "King" Del Douglas, Zak Hunter, Jack Massacre, "Big Country" Matt McGraw, Trick McSorley, Harley T. Morris, and Yinza the Pittsburgh Luchadore. The winner of the melee with face KSWA Champion Napier later that night.
KSWA Owner Bobby O says that an opponent for the Golden Triangle Champion will be announced that night.
T-Rantula is set to wrestle, and there will be plenty of action.
The Sam's Club--Pittsburgh Mills Children's Miracle Network fundraiser is this Saturday, July 14 at the Kinloch Fireman's Club in Lower Burrell/New Kensington, PA. All tickets are $10 and the card is subject to change.
