Ice Machine Upsets Morris, Zoltan & T March Into Nacho City, Flash Bests Sane, Napier Dominates Martin At FamCon 2016

The highly-touted newcomer Ice Machine pulled off his first-ever upset, by beating the reigning 5-Star Champion Harley T. Morris. Jay Flash continued to dominate the Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA) in one-on-one competition by defeating one of the organization’s most-tenured veterans, and the six-man team of Lord Zoltan, T-Rantula and Jack Massacre put on a clinic of power and shenanigans during the KSWA’s initial stop at FamCon 2016 in Wexford.

5-Star Championship: Ice Machine v. Harley T. Morris (w/David Marbell)

The Ice Machine makes his way to the ring to take on Harley T. Morris for the 5-Star Championship. The bell rings and Harley T. Morris crowds to the crowd. The opponents lock up and Morris pushes Ice Machine into the corner. They lock up a second time and Ice Machine pushes Morris into the corner. Morris wants to shake hands with Ice Machine. Ice is understandably concerned. Morris sneaks in a gets a headlock. Ice Machine slips out of it and Morris retreats to the ropes. Morris is concerned with Ice Machine and Machine grabs him by the head. Morris whips him down. Ice Machine hits a hip toss that sends Morris into the corner. Morris does his best to evade the Machine. There’s a drop kick that sends Morris into the corner. Marbell jumps to the apron and distracts Ice Machine enough for some underhanded offense. Referee Shawn Patrick is distracted and Morris jams Machine into the corner. Morris gets some offense that includes a mask-rattling clothesline. Ice gets up and gets some offense but he is tossed down from behind. Morris snap mares down Ice Machine and continues with a submission hold. Machine gets to his feet and gets some offense before he is met with a big boot. Morris follows that up with shoulders to the midsection. There’s a big suplex from Morris on Machine. A sloppy pin attempt is next. That angers Ice Machine. They punch each other. Morris misses with a splash. Ice Machine hits a series of clotheslines and a cross body block. Machine goes to the top and lands a big punch from the top. Morris is on the mat; Machine prepares for a kick. Marbell interferes. Morris kicks Ice Machine in the face and he’s down. Morris goes for a front face lock. Machine breaks out it and lands a kick. The winner and new 5-Star Champion is Ice Machine! 7:45

Shawn Blanchard v. Kris Kash (w/Bobby O)

The bell rings and the opponents lock up. Blanchard tosses Kash across the ring. Kash retaliates with a wrist lock. That angers the veteran, who uses a variety of power moves, including a body slam, to keep Kash down. Blanchard gouges at Kash’ eyes and ears. Then he chops Kash in the shoulders. Blanchard sets Kash up for a kick to the hamstrings. Kash is already gassed from the attack. Blanchard chops Kash and then Kash returns the favor with three chops of his own. There’s a big leg drop on Blanchard. Blanchard goes for the eyes. Blanchard follows that up with a spinebuster suplex. Two count on Kash. Blanchard puts a boot to Kash’s eyes. Kash is able to get some momentum but Blanchard hits a body slam. Kash receives encouragement from Bobby O and fans at ringside. Blanchard continues to work on Kash’s hamstring. Blanchard uses the ropes to his advantage as Kash is being choked. Bobby O continues to cheer on the former champion. Kash is whipped into the corner and he flips out onto Blanchard. Kash whips Blanchard in the corner and follows up with a tilt a whirl drop kick. Kash is tired out. Kash lands a drop kick. Two count on Blanchard. Blanchard catches Kash from the cross body block. Kash squirms out of a body slam attempt, hits a Twist of Fate and gets the win. 7:11.

Lou Martin v. Mitch Napier

The opponents lock up and Napier forces Martin into the corner. Immediately a “Garbage Pants” chant erupts from the crowd. That’s enough to anger Martin and force Napier into the corner. That’s where Martin stretches the rules and punches, kicks and gouges Napier well past the five-count maximum. Napier is down in the middle of the ring for a leg drop. Martin continues the questionable tactics by forcing Napier into the ropes. There’s a big splash on Napier in the ropes. Two count as Napier gets a shoulder up. Martin continues the offense and lands Napier down on the mat. Martin misses with a clothesline but Napier hits his own. Napier swings Martin but only gets a one count. Napier is up and suplexes Martin in the center of the ring. Napier slides into the cover and gets two. Napier follows with a punch to the head. Napier whips Martin into the corner, hits a splash and follows that up with a body slam. Napier goes to the top rope. There’s a flying head butt onto Martin. A count of two and three quarters follows. Gut wrench suplex follows. Napier’s strength is never more evident. Napier goes to the top rope but Martin kicks him in the chest on the way down. Martin goes to get his next move. Napier slides out and picks Martin up for the Sioux Falls Slam. An ankle lock follows. Martin submits. 6:00

KSWA World Title: Justin Sane v. Jay Flash

Justin Sane makes his way to the ring and then Jay Flash enters the playing field with the most prestigious title in the Commonwealth. The bell rings and the two lock up. Sane, who had a good showing against Flash at Millvale Days, pushes the champion into the corner. They lock up again, this time, Flash pushes Sane in. Flash slaps Sane dead in the mouth with an open hand. Flash hustles in and grabs Sane from behind. He muscles Sane down and gets a one count. Sane goes for the wrist lock. He pump handles Flash’s arm. Sane holds onto the arm and goes to the apron. He wraps the arm down from the apron. Sane has the upper hand until Flash tosses him into the corner for a series of kicks. Flash stands on Justin’s throat. Flash then kicks him in the mush. Two count. Sane is up and Flash kicks him in the gut a number of times. Two count is registered by referee Adam Jugan. Flash suplexes Justin. Two count. Flash locks in a leg scissors move and that saps some of Justin’s remaining energy. Sane gets to the ropes and the hold is broken. Flash posts Sane in the ropes. Flash drops him to the mat. Flash follows up with a jump from the top rope and onto Sane’s chest. Flash keeps him down until Sane gets a second wind. Sane lands a clothesline. He follows that up with a whip to the corner and a splash. Sane posts Flash in the corner for 10 punches to the head. Flash power bombs Sane out and gets a two count. Flash gets up and punches Sane in the head. Sane gets up and they trade chops and punches. Flash clotheslines Sane and sets him up for a suplex. Sane blocks it and lands one of his own. Sane goes for the Frog Splash as Flash slowly gets to his feet. Flash meets Sane in the corner. Sane fights out of a superplex attempt. Sane jumps off and lands a face-first DDT. Flash kicks out at two. Sane kicks him in the gut. Sane goes for the Frog Splash. Flash kicks him in the gut on the way down. Sane is then kicked in the face. The winner and still champion is Jay Flash. 9:07

Golden Triangle Championship: Tommy Faime v. Shane Starr (w/Pastor Mark Helsel)

The bell rings and Tommy Faime immediately goes to work on Starr’s arm. Starr recovers does some of his own damage. Faime recovers and gets Starr in a headlock. Faime pulls Starr’s hair from behind. That’s enough for Faime to get some advantage. He keeps Starr down and snap mares over him. Faime body slams the Golden Triangle Champion next. Faime tosses Starr over the top rope but he catches the top rope. The two battle on the apron until Faime suplexes Starr in. The pinfall of two is next. Faime gets Starr in the corner for a series of punches to the head. Starr is down in the corner. Faime goes for a power bomb but Starr fights out of it. Starr is down on the mat. Faime locks in the headlock. Starr is able to power him down for a side suplex. Faime is whipped into the corner and drop kicked out of it. Two count from Patrick is next. Starr works on Faime’s leg next. Starr goes for the Sharpshooter but Faime pulls Starr’s hair instead. That’s enough for Faime to get some control. Faime picks up Starr for a back breaker. Faime goes for a move but Starr gets into the ropes to break up the hold. Starr locks in the Sharpshooter and gets the win! 6:17.

6-Man Tag Team Match: Mercenaries and Del Douglas v. Lord Zoltan, T-Rantula and Jack Massacre

The bell rings and Lord Zoltan leads the charge to change corners. Referee Adam Jugan allows this to happen. Zoltan chases Sniper around the ring. The “USA, USA” chants are loud from the crowd. After minutes of dancing around, Zoltan grabs Sniper’s arm for a series of pump handles. T-Rantula is tagged in. He goes after Sniper but the Mercenary is strong enough to push him off and into the corner for a Del Douglas tag in. Douglas hits T with a series of shoulder blocks. T-Rantula battles out and chops Douglas in the chest. T-Rantula continues to punch and chop Douglas in his corner. T Rantula clotheslines Douglas down. Douglas is tossed into the Mercenaries’ corner and Nasty Nick Crane. T Rantula goes for a Test of Strength. Crane refuses. They lock up. T Rantula chops Crane in the chest and then follows that up with punches to the midsection. Douglas cheers on Crane. Douglas and the Mercenaries tumble to the outside; Zoltan and the giants follow. They all battle. T-Rantula, Massacre and Zoltan all grab nachos. They smash their opponents with the snacks, which were delivered at a high velocity. Crane is tossed into the ring, where Massacre waits for a power bomb. The pin is made. Lord Zoltan, T-Rantula and Jack Massacre are your victors! 7:45
