The Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA) Championship Committee was duly impressed with several of the matches from last Saturday's historic event at Hickory Heights Golf Club, so a number of re-matches were inked for this Saturday's return fundraiser at MJ's Steel City Saloon in Imperial.

KSWA Heavyweight Champion Anthony Alexander, now a record-extending 896 days, will defend against Bubba the Bulldog. The always scrapped Bulldog nearly won the most coveted prize in the Commonwealth last weekend, but a dutiful Shawn Patrick saw that Bubba had his boots on the ropes and called off what looked like a win. This time, the two long-time veterans will go at it once again to see who is indeed, the better man. Or as Bubba shouts, "The Best Wrestler in the World!"

The KSWA Golden Triangle Championship will once again be defended by Shawn Blanchard against upstart Tyler Grayson. The leader of the budding "Grayson Nation" has lept over a crowded field looking to become the Golden Triangle Champion. Blanchard held court well Saturday night, but at times was pressed by the opposition. This will be a great match for those in attendance to experience.

KSWA Tag Team Champions--the Renegades--Yinza and Matt McGraw recently celebrated one year as the KSWA tag team champions. The duo have been fighting champions, and will once again defend against the team of Malakai Gage and Lucio Deveer. The challengers, known as "Special Attraction", have not worked as a team in KSWA recently, but they have made a collective name for themselves and this showdown will be a test for the Renegades.

New KSWA Five-Star Champion Edric Everhart finds himself on the other side of the chase as he faces off against former Golden Triangle Champion Shane Starr Saturday night. Both of these veterans have had in-ring wars in the past and anyone who knows the KSWA realizes that these two Megastars are champions--past, present and future. They are similar in age, size, strength and technical ability. Anytime these two get together is a star-studded affair.

The Number One Contender for the KSWA Heavyweight Championship, J-Ru, continues to bide his time before a challenge...regardless of whoever the Top Guy happens to be. Saturday, he takes on familiar foe "The Ram" Anthony Drake. The Ram had a successful match against Sin Born on Saturday, where he wore his competition down with a series of head butts and a Bear Hug win. Could J-Ru also fall in this way and forgo his #1 Contender status? This is a very important contest and one that shouldn't be missed.

In a Triple-Threat Match of gigantic proportions, Man-Child, with Freek, and "The Steel City Angel" Sean Simms face off against KSWA Hall of Famer, the incomparable T-Rantula. This is a rematch from last weekend that saw a fan get doused with beer, and Man-Child and Simms get blasted with pitchers of water. T-Rantula won the match and was on a massive tear the entire match. If fans like to see heavy hitters and more than 1,000 pounds in the ring at one time, this is for you.

"Face of Pittsburgh" Lou Martin takes on Sin Born in a significant match. Sin Born has been looking to return to Championship contention, and who better to beat than The Face of Pittsburgh himself? Martin and "The King" Del Douglas had a Strap Match Saturday Night that might have ended the years-long feud between the two. Might Sin Born have talked strategy with The King?

And in tag team action, the returning Harley T. Morris and "Officer" Dan Murphy will take on another returning team in "Rev" Ron Hunt and AJ Alexander. The KSWA tag team division is very tight and teams are looking for ways to get shots at the state's top Tag Team prize. These two teams are eagerly in the "Hunt." Plus, the teams don't like each other much.
