The clash of personalities between American Legion Langley Post 496 Commander Don “Pop” Scholz and the Leader of the Dynasty “King” Del Douglas will culminate this Saturday night when the Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA) Megastars return to Sheraden this Saturday Night.
The two rivals will take part in an Arm-Wrestling Match to determine the Master of the Sheraden domain. Both men have reportedly been in the gym, gearing up for this monumental showdown. Will it be the Dynasty’s King Pin Del Douglas, or the People’s Commander, Don Scholz who will get the upper hand on Saturday?
The KSWA Heavyweight Championship is on the line this weekend as “The Face of Pittsburgh” Lou Martin defends against the Dynasty’s Shawn Blanchard. The two long-time rivals have faced off against one another countless times, but as a result, they must prepare for anything. This is not the “same old match” between frequent foes. They must always be on the lookout for what the other has in their expanding and expansive arsenal. In addition, Martin has been defending the title at an unprecedented pace and working on community charity events. Blanchard knows this and is prepared.
Next up is a #1 Contender’s Match for the KSWA Heavyweight Championship between two former Lost Boys. Shane Starr and Kris Kash entered the KSWA in 2005, each at the age of 18. Since then, they have both become multi-time champions and most notably KSWA Heavyweight Champions. This is an opportunity for each man to challenge once again for the richest prize in the Commonwealth.
The brand new KSWA Five Star Champion, “Big Country" Matt McGraw will take on the man he beat for the belt, “The Devil’s Favorite Disciple” Sin Born in one-on-one competition. For most of his lengthy reign, Sin Born had successfully taken on multiple challengers in Triple Threat and Fatal Four Way matches. Last month when he lost, it came after another grueling contest in which bested several challengers. Then, McGraw arrived on the scene and took on the then-champion. This matchup will be a fresh for both Megastars one-on-one match. The Krazies will see if McGraw has any ring rust since being out due to injury for most of the calendar year. The fans will want to see this match.
The title matches continue in a big way when Golden Triangle Champion Tyler Grayson faces one-half of the KSWA tag team champions, “Rev” Ron Hunt. Both Megastars are talented technically and in high-flying skills. Grayson has successfully taken on all comers since becoming Pittsburgh’s champion. Will “Rev” Ron Hunt add to his personal treasure chest? Or will the Leader of the Grayson Nation come out on top?
A massive six-man tag team match will be showcased Saturday night when The Freek Show and "The Ram" Anthony Drake take on the team of Hunter Huffman, Tony Onyx and Justin Sane.
The iconic Hall of Famer T-Rantula faces off against “Mr. Big Stuff” Anthony Alexander with “King” Del Douglas in his corner.
“All American” Dennis Gregory and “The Professional” Harley T. Morris will face off in one-on-one action as well.
KSWA Wrestling returns to American Legion Langley Post 496, 2863 Chartiers Avenue in the Sheraden neighborhood within the city of Pittsburgh this Saturday Night, October 14, at 6:00 p.m. Front row tickets are $20 with General Admission at $15 each.
